I'm your Behavior Consultant

I hold a Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or a related applied health service field such as Social Work or Special Education.

I have at least three years of hands-on experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings.​I am not a one-size-fits-all provider.

My work focuses on understanding behavior, honoring individual differences, and supporting people in navigating the world in ways that feel safe, empowering, and authentic to them.

I take the time to understand what is driving behavior and design supports that respect autonomy, dignity, and personal strengths. I approach behavior consulting as both a science and a creative process.

I develop individualized strategies, visual supports, social stories, routines, and skill-building activities that are tailored to each person’s needs, interests, and environment.I adapt strategies as individuals grow and circumstances change, always keeping the person at the center of the work.
